ARSPA furnishes 25 country-style holiday apartments in Bardolino
Since 2016, ARSPA Arredamenti has been involved in an ambitious project: the complete furnishing of 25 holiday apartments in Bardolino (VR), on the Garda Lake shores, composing the Rambaldi Apartments complex. These living spaces, designed as tourist accommodation, have been turned into functional, harmonious spaces with meticulous attention to details.
The client, with the first wish to make these homes rental-ready, gave us complete trust when it was about kitting out the bedrooms and living rooms. The brief was clear, aiming to create a project in authentic country style, which was able to connect warmth, comfort and natural elegance.
Natural materials and refined finishes: the role of fir and active listening in design
From the first meetings the dialogue with the client was crucial to define every aspect of the project. Through drafts, drawings and personalized technical consultations we crafted a customized proposal, enhanced by our artisanal experience, gained over 50 years of business.
Each space was designed for everyday use by guests seeking a location that could also offer a wellness experience. We therefore selected natural materials choosing fir as the primary wood. Solid, long-lasting and with a warm aesthetic, fir proved to be the perfect choice to reinterpret the desired country style.
The process included a deep brushing to enhance the natural beauty of the grain, followed by a painting with RAL 9010 and RAL 1013 finishings. These bright and versatile shades helped to make the rooms visually larger and more welcoming.
A structured and artisanal process: 90 days for each batch
The project was organized in batches, each one was finished in approximately 90 days. Every stage of the process – from choosing materials to drafting the work notes, from production to on-site assembly – was applied with the attention that characterizes our artisanal approach.
Particular attention was paid to define the manufacturing process, a complex phase requiring absolute precision and perfect synchronization among designers, carpenters and assemblers.
Assembly took directly place in Bardolino, thanks to teams of specialized and internal technicians. Punctuality and precision were the the key elements: the client was thrilled with the quality of the materials, the respect for deadlines, and the elegance of the final result.
Smart solutions and functional furnishing details
During the operating process there was no shortage of clever solutions, which were the result of direct consultation with the client. One really brilliant solution concerned the space occupied by the wardrobe doors. Rather than opting for traditional doors, we proposed customized curtains: a practical choice that perfectly integrated the country style in the rooms.
The project perfectly captured what customized furnishings mean for us. It’s more than just producing furniture: it’s a shared journey, where listening, personalized design and artisanal expertise come together to create unique spaces, designed to last and be lived in.
