Enhancing the existing pieces with artisanal intelligence for the restaurant of the Majestic aparthotel in Predazzo
In the centre of Trentino, just few steps from the Fiemme Valley, is the Aparthotel Majestic in Predazzo, which combines hospitality, comfort and breathtaking views. ARSPA Arredamenti was chosen for a targeted and highly customized project: the complete reupholstery of the benches and chairs in the hotel restaurant.
Our goal was clear: making the space modern while keeping coherence with the existing style and ensuring comfort, long-lasting pieces and safety over time.
A tailor-made restyling for the restaurant
Our client expressed the need to change the existing setting without completely replacing the furniture. This decision made the project particularly interesting: working with the existing space, respecting its volumes and proportions, but bringing new life to the spaces through the selection of suitable materials and artisanal attention to details.
The restaurant, the heart of the Aparthotel, needed to appear modern, more elegant according to the regulations about the use of materials in the restaurant.
At the same time we completely redid the curtains in the hotel hall, choosing elegant and functional fabrics that could contribute to a more welcoming and elegant atmosphere. We also created customized wall panels with decorative deer-themed motifs, designed to evoke the mountains and the natural identity of the area and add a distinctive element to the entry design.
Selected technical materials and high quality fabrics
The choice of the right material was crucial. We proposed and used a fire-retardant and water-repellent fabric according to the current regulations in the restaurant industry. In addition to safety and ease of maintenance, the selected fabric also respected the aesthetic standards as required.
During the design phase we supported the client about the choice of colors and textures, suggesting the reinforcement of the bottoms to ensure long-lasting seats.
The project was quickly completed with every phase internally managed in our laboratory.
The reupholstery of the benches and chairs required particular attention to the precise cutting of the fabric and careful assembly for a visually flawless result. The creation of the wall panels with deers followed the same procedure: they were customized and installed in the available space.
The restaurant’s new look received enthusiastic feedback from the customer, who appreciated in particular the choice of colors. These enhanced the atmosphere as well as the existing space.
